Celebrate National Employee Benefits Day on April 4th!

Every year, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) recognizes a National Employee Benefits Day, and this year’s theme is on communicating employee benefits. Take some time on April 4^th and reflect on your current communication efforts and make a commitment to educate your employees about the benefits they have available.  Give yourself a pat on the back (or even better, bake yourself a cake!) for your hard work and dedication to your employees.

The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans offers some interesting Tips for Celebrating along with ideas of benefits that can be offered to your employees for little or no cost.  My favorites on the list are a “nap room” and “summer ice cream sundaes” – which both bring out the little kid still hidden in all of us.
