Job Title:	Director of Operations
Location:	Manhattan Beach, CA
Summary:	The Director of Operations would be responsible for managing all day to day operations of the business and would directly manage the accounting, technology, HR and operations functions of the business. This individual would be responsible for overseeing all logistics related to delivery of Financial Finesse's services and would also be responsible for streamlining internal operational processes and developing infrastructure needed to scale the company for growth.
Responsibilities:	Developing legal, HR, technology, accounting and operational infrastructure needed to grow the business. Executing quarterly and annual business objectives. Overseeing/managing recruiting, hiring, firing and performance management for operational employees. On the recruiting side, this would include financial planner recruiting. Manage all day to day operations associated with delivering services to clients (all logistics associated with our phone based financial helpline service and live workshops). Managing all operational and technology vendors and negotiating all vendor contracts. Overseeing accounting-budgeting/cost control, forecasting, approving expenses, invoicing, collecting past due payments. Managing employee benefits and compensation as well as all HR policies, procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Managing fact-checking process and content updating. Handle operational problems, issues and urgent needs as they arise.
Required Skills, Experience and Credentials:	10+ years of operational experience, at least 5 years in a management or executive role overseeing operations of a small business in a day to day management capacity. Experience and working knowledge in recruiting/hiring, firing, accounting, benefits management, contract negotiation with vendors and clients, technology.
Desired Skills, Experience and Credentials:	MBA or JD/MBA.
