Director of Client Programs

Job Title:	Director of Client Programs
Location:	El Segundo, California.
Summary:	We are looking for a Director of Client Programs to significantly deepen and expand our relationships with existing clients by strategically managing highly customized large scale engagements and building the infrastructure to support the growth of these engagements. Our clients are HR and benefits executives at large Fortune 1000 companies who purchase the financial education programs and roll out personalized financial education as a key employee benefit, used on an ongoing basis by most employees as a tool to improve their finances and prepare for retirement.
Responsibilities:	Lead the client service team and work with clients to design, implement, strategically manage, grow and refine highly complex, customized engagements in order to achieve client strategic objectives, such as increasing employees’ retirement preparedness, improving their financial wellness, increasing employee satisfaction with employee benefits, etc. Streamline and scale internal operations to support significant expansion of client programs and to better measure results in terms of return on investment for clients. Develop, implement and continually refine a world class marketing infrastructure to very effectively support HR and benefits managers in their efforts to market the program to employees and to increase demand for financial education from their employee base.
Required Skills, Experience and Credentials:	Must have prior experience working in a small company environment and prefer this environment. Have prior experience in a strategic or executive client facing leadership position showcasing excellent strategic thinking, management and leadership skills. Be able to work independently and get things done with minimal resources. Highly intelligent and creative, able to think on feet. Extremely high emotional intelligence. Intuitively reads and adapts to people without thinking about it. Excellent problem-solving skills. Works best under pressure. Well organized and manages time well. BS/BA
