His background includes over thirteen years in the financial services industry. Mr. Young achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2003. Bruce completed his college education at California State University at Hayward in 1996 and is currently working towards the Chartered Life Underwriter designation through the American College.
